STUDENT HOUSING AND APARTMENTS

Carolinas College of Health Sciences is pleased to make available through our partnership with Carolinas Medical Center student housing and apartments. Located within walking distance of both the College and the hospital, the houses and apartments are a convenient place to live while enrolled at the College. The houses are available for multiple tenants and families and the apartments offer residence hall-style living as well as private units.

Honors Housing
The Carolinas HealthCare System’s Honors Housing program demonstrates CHSs commitment to education, excellence, and student success. The honors housing program recognizes a limited number of students who have demonstrated high standards of academic performance, leadership performance, and/or high financial need. Honors housing is available to currently enrolled students at Carolinas College of Health Sciences who have completed at least one full semester at the application deadline and who will have at least one semester remaining at the time of move-in. Honors housing is awarded as space is available based on the criteria above and applications will be made available to enrolled students in the fall, spring, and summer terms. The following properties are assigned as Honors Housing:
