APPLICATION PROCEDURES / ONLINE APPLICATION

Please be aware that only complete applications with transcripts and test scores will be processed. The instructions below will help you submit a complete application. We suggest that you submit your application, fee and all transcripts at the same time.

Step 1 - Application
Completed application and the non-refundable $50 application fee (no fee required for continuing education and general education).

Step 2 - High School Transcripts
Official, unopened high school transcripts from the graduating high school are required. This requirement may be waived for Medical Technology applicants and for others with a baccalaureate degree.

Step 3 - College Transcripts
Official, unopened college transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.

Step 4 - SAT or ACT Test Scores
Not required for medical technology, general education or continuing education. Scores which are part of an official transcript are acceptable. Official, unopened score reports may be mailed directly to Carolinas College of Health Sciences or submitted as part of the admission packet. This requirement may be waived for applicants with a baccalaureate degree - see specific program requirements.

Step 5 - Deadlines
Meet the deadline. All required components of the admission packet must be received by these dates to receive full consideration. Items submitted become property of Carolinas College of Health Sciences and cannot be returned.
